Do your own business instead of youth jobs

 

There are two main areas for jobs in Watan Aziz. One sector is the public sector, which includes the semi-public sector because it is also considered public or close to it, while the other sector is the private sector.

Public perception of the public sector is very good. They like government jobs a lot, while the private sector is generally frowned upon. The one who is doing a government job is considered to be employed whereas the private employed person is considered to be unemployed even though he is getting more salary than the government employee and those working in the private sector are always struggling for government jobs. Even the government job is considered to be sustenance from Allah and is thanked for it, while the private job is regarded as futile and words of ungratefulness are always paid.

There are two reasons for this. First, our people are mostly lazy and lazy. That's why they want to have an easy job and just sit and get enough income to keep the house running. For this it is obvious that government job is the best. Because it has many benefits. The major exception is that this employment is permanent and one cannot dismiss these employees for any personal purpose till the age of sixty years. But if an employee commits a serious crime or wrongdoing, his employment continues uninterrupted for a fixed period. 

This quality of government service attracts our well-educated, intelligent, hard-working and talented youths in such a way that they are able to rustle up their skills, develop on account of their hard work and get wealth and wealth due to their intelligence. Fame makes one forget to gain.

Another reason is the lack of awareness among our youth. They don't know that if they work hard in the private sector, they can get much more income and peace of mind than a government job. If you start your own business or work through online freelancing, etc., you can earn so much income that a heavenly government employee cannot do for many years. But there is no one to teach and explain this thing to the youth. Our education system is also such that nothing like this is taught, but it only prepares servants by putting them on the ropes, who lose their age and skills in finding jobs with degrees. Constantly freelancing young people are earning lakhs of rupees per month sitting at home.

The youth working in the private sector do not become a burden on the government and also on their families. Rather, they earn foreign exchange for the country. The government does not have to give them jobs, which does not burden the public exchequer. I know a young man who was employed in a government agency in Islamabad but was not happy with the low salary. He learned freelancing and earned more than five lakh rupees a year by mastering WordPress and left the government job to join the same field permanently. If the government arranges training for the youth in their business and freelancing, it will benefit the country a lot.

Apart from this, the problems of the youth in the private sector need to be solved. Especially in the field of freelancing, the youth are facing various problems. Many companies are no longer providing their services in Pakistan. For example, the services of the online payment company PayPal are not available in Pakistan and Pakistani youth cannot take advantage of them. Similarly, there are many other services which are available to the Indian youth but there are many problems for the Pakistani youth.

Countless other youths of Pakistan want to work in this sector but due to lack of facilities and excess of problems they are not able to work. If their problems are solved and facilities are provided to them, they will not become a burden on the public exchequer and will also earn a lot of foreign exchange for the country.

Youths themselves should focus on this sector and instead of looking for jobs, learn any skill, be it online, and start working. In the beginning, a little hard work and patience must be done, but when the work gradually gets going, you get a good amount of income and comfort.
