Operation for no more mothers, useful or harmful?

A woman contacted me to say that she is going to have her fourth operation. The majority suggest that she should have an operation to stop further births as well but I am afraid of the side effects.

You should have an operation to prevent further motherhood if health is not good, if age is around 40, if husband does not want more children or more marriage, if relationship with husband is good, if at least two sons are present, if both son-daughter relationships exist, and if in-laws are not traditional.

If the body did not swell until becoming a mother of four children, how much will it swell after the operation! What happens is that when it is confirmed that there are no more children, the honeymoon period of the husband and wife returns. More happiness makes more delicious food and eats more. As a result, both of them get swollen stomachs, but in the woman's case, the gynaecologist's operation has to bear the blame. Yes, husband's growing belly is a sign of Begum's good cooking. It is funny that even if the operation is not done, the stomach will still be swollen after 9 months, due to excessive eating and drinking.

I would like to add that nowadays relationships have become disposable. Even if the child is four to ten, the relationship ends in the blink of an eye, making the next chance for the woman who has completed the birth process even more difficult. Therefore, we usually do not advise our patients about BTL, but tell them to convince the husband that for the sake of your children, Begum has done three or four operations, now it is better that you do a sterilisation operation.

Until today, I have seen only one man willingly undergoing the operation with the intention that now I cannot hurt my wife any more, but all the other men or patients, especially the mother-in-law of the woman, put their hands to their ears when they heard such a thing. I am not saying that all men marry more, but psychologically, while they become secure and satisfied with the birth of more children, there is also a feeling of deficiency in the same woman. .

One of my female patients had to undergo her fourth operation. She had three daughters first and was going to have a son for the fourth time. If that lady comes to me for an operation this time too, then this time I will definitely do BTL.
