The letter said that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa agreed with my opinion regarding the disapproval of the nominated judges of the Chief Justice, then when Justice Qazi Faiz Isa was giving reasons for disapproving the names of the Chief Justice, During the opinion of the Chief Justice, doing an unusual and undemocratic act, he got up and left the meeting without writing down the decision of the commission.

Justice Tariq Masood said that the matter had become clear that five members of the commission had rejected the nominations, so Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal suddenly left the meeting after hearing the opinion instead of pronouncing the decision.

Justice Tariq Masood said that the declaration issued by the Supreme Court spokesman is contrary to the facts, the Supreme Court spokesman is a member of the Judicial Commission and not the secretary.
